Thank you for shopping at Apex Grid Lighting. We're committed to delivering your hexagon LED lighting kits quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days — FREE on orders over $99
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days — $14.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days — $29.99

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days — Calculated at checkout
  • Express International: 7-14 business days — Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Apex Grid Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote locations may not be serviceable. If we're unable to ship to your address, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange a refund or alternative solution.

We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited or express shipments.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We take great care in packaging your LED lighting kits to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@apexgridlighting.com
  3. Do not discard the original packaging until your claim is resolved

For lost packages, please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, and we'll launch an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Apex Grid Lighting is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@apexgridlighting.com we'll do our best to update it before the package ships.

Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

Multiple Shipments

Large orders or orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. You'll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
