Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all included components. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@apexgridlighting.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or modified lighting systems. We also do not accept returns for items that have been installed, misused, or damaged due to improper handling.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct product is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
